Tasting Notes: delicate earl grey with hint of cream

Description: Summer Grey is a light and delicate summer version of earl grey. A blend of brisk and smooth Ceylon black tea with soft Italian bergamot, subtle hints of delicate creamy vanilla, and a touch of orange peel.

A delicate and smooth earl grey tea that is similar to a Lady Grey or Afternoon Grey. A versatile tea that is excellent on its own, lovely with lemon, and can take milk and sweetener. This tea is also lovely as an iced tea.

Ingredients: black tea, bergamot, vanilla, orange, cornflowers

Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 3-4 minutes
