We ship via UPS Ground & Ground Saver. At this time UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so orders addressed to a PO Box will be shipped using USPS.

Free Shipping: Orders $75+ ship free within the continental U.S. (excludes AK, HI, and U.S. territories).

Processing Time

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
  • Fulfillment timeline is based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed during a Flash Sale or any Promotional Sale may take 4 business days to process and prepare due to the high volume of orders.  
  • Once your order is processed and delivered to the carrier, transit times start.  

UPS Ground & UPS Ground Saver Transit Time Estimates

  • Tri-State: approximately 1 to 2 business days
  • Northeast and Mid-Atlantic: approximately 2 to 4 business days
  • South and Midwest: approximately 3 to 5 business days
  • Mountain and Southwest: approximately 4 to 6 business days
  • West Coast: approximately 5 to 7 business days
  • Alaska and Hawaii: approximately 5 to 9 business days

Please note that these estimates are based on standard UPS Ground & UPS Ground Saver transit times and can vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, and operational delays. These estimates do not include weekends and holidays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Upon placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. Please check your junk/spam/receipt folder for this email.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with UPS tracking information. Please check your junk/spam/receipt folder for this tracking email.
  • After your order ships, please follow up directly with UPS for any additional tracking updates or package issues.

UPS Ground Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping: Orders $75+ ship free within the continental U.S. (excludes AK, HI, and U.S. territories).
  • Flat Rate: Orders under $75 have a flat rate cost depending on zone.
  • Shipping Method: We ship using UPS Ground and UPS Ground Saver.
  • Delivery Timeframe: In most cases UPS Ground delivers within 1 to 6 business days depending on destination. UPS Ground Saver may extend delivery time by 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • Expedited Shipping: We do not offer UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
    International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping.

UPS Shipping Issues

  • Inaccurate or Non-Deliverable Addresses: We are not responsible for packages that are non-deliverable due to inaccurate address information entered at checkout or the absence of someone to receive the package. If a package is returned to us and you would like it resent, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees. We are unable to re-ship packages for free.
  • Address Changes: Once an order is in transit we are unable to change the shipping address. For address corrections please contact UPS directly.
  • Stolen Packages: Clipper Ship Tea Co. is not responsible for stolen packages. It is your responsibility to provide us with a secure shipping address. If your package is stolen from your doorstep, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
  • UPS Delivery Delays: During peak seasons UPS may experience delays or temporary gaps in tracking. We are not able to control UPS delivery speed.
  • Package Issues After Shipment: Once an order is in transit please contact UPS directly for any delivery or tracking issues.
  • Delivered but Not Located: If tracking shows delivered but the package is not present at your address, please check with neighbors or building management first. If you cannot locate the package, contact UPS directly to initiate a trace or claim.
