Once your order ships, you will receive an email with USPS tracking. Please check your junk/spam/receipt folder for this tracking email.
Once your order ships, please follow-up with the post office for further tracking of your package. You will need to contact the post office for any more info regarding your package.
USPS Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for packages that are non-deliverable due to inaccurate information entered during checkout or not having someone present to receive packages.
In the event of incorrect and non-deliverable address info that is entered at checkout, which results in a package being returned to us and requires us to resend it, the recipient is responsible for the additional shipping fees. We unfortunately cannot re-ship your package for free.
Clipper Ship Tea Co is not responsible for addresses that are are not safe and secure. It is your responsibility to provide us with a secure address. If your package is stolen from your doorstep, we are not responsible.
During the holidays and busy season, the USPS may experience shipping delays and tracking information inconsistencies. As a result, once your package ships from our facility, we ask that you please allow up to 6 business days for your package to arrive. We unfortunately do not have control over current USPS delivery delays.
Occasionally the USPS will mark a package delivered when it is not. Oftentimes this happens when it is late in the day and the package must wait until the next day to be delivered. Please wait until the next day to see if your package arrives before you contact us about a lost package.
