Exchange Policy

      Exchanges

      • We do not offer returns, we offer exchange only.
      • We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
      • Consumable items cannot be exchanged. Tea and honey may not be exchanged, even if they are unopened. These are consumable items that cannot be resold.
      • Custom orders cannot be exchanged. 
      • Gift cards cannot be exchanged.
      • Non-consumable items, such as infusers and filters etc, may be exchanged within thirty days with receipt provided they are in the original packaging, have not been used, and are in sellable condition

      To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@clippershipteaco.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@clippershipteaco.com.

      Damaged Orders + Missing Items
      Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Please let us know immediately if you received damaged goods or received the wrong item, or are missing an item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
