Exchange & Return Policy

      Damaged or Incorrect Orders

      Please inspect your mail order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive:

      • Damaged goods
      • The wrong item
      • A missing item

      Please do not open, consume, or use incorrectly shipped items until we have had an opportunity to review the issue and provide instructions. Incorrectly shipped items in your order must be returned to us before a replacement or refund can be issued.

      We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it. Please email us at info@clippershipteaco.com to report any problems with your order.


      No Returns or Exchanges on Tea or Honey

      All sales of tea and honey are final.

      • Tea and honey cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unopened. Once these items leave our facility, they cannot be resold due to health and safety regulations.
      • Mistakes in ordering or changes of mind: We cannot exchange or refund items if you mistakenly ordered the wrong tea or decided to try something else after purchasing.
      • Flavor preferences: Not all teas are for everyone. If you are trying a new tea, we recommend starting with our Collection Boxes (sample-size bags) or 50 gram Small bags before purchasing larger sizes.
      • Flavor variations: Tea is an agricultural product, and slight flavor differences occur from season to season due to weather and harvest conditions. These natural variations are not a valid reason for return or exchange.

      Exchanges & Returns for Non-Consumable Items

      We offer a 30-day exchange policy on select non-consumable items, such as infusers, teaspoons, and tea filters.

      To qualify for an exchange or return:

      • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in brand-new condition.
      • Proof of purchase is required.
      • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

      Please note:

      • We do not offer free returns or exchanges via mail. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
      • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
      • Credit card processing fees are non-refundable on canceled or refunded orders, as these are not returned to us by Shopify’s payment processor.

      How to Request an Exchange for Non-Consumables:

      1. Email us at info@clippershipteaco.com with details about your exchange request.
      2. If approved, we will provide instructions for mailing your items.

      Exclusions

      • Custom orders and gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
