Our sleepytime teas are designed to aid in relaxation and bring restorative sleep. These teas will prepare the body for a deep sleep without any morning fatigue. We've blended together healing and restorative botanicals that can help you fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. We recommend drinking them one hour before bed.
In this particular sleep tea there is Valerian root, nature’s Valium that helps people fall asleep and stay asleep. Chamomile is known to reduce anxiety and lemon balm is a plant known to help you relax and sleep. A touch of yarrow and peppermint which are both known to aid in digestion and soothe the stomach.
Ingredients: chamomile, valerian root, peppermint, lemon balm, yarrow, marigold
Steep Directions: steep 1-2 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 7-10 minutes
