We've blended together healing and restorative botanicals that can help you fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. We recommend drinking them one hour before bed.
This particular sleep tea has a lavender taste with notes of mint and earthiness. In this healing tea we have Valerian root which is known as nature’s Valium and can help people fall asleep and stay asleep. Chamomile is known to reduce anxiety and soothe people. Lavender is a healing plant that is used to relax and soothe the body and mind. Passionflower is known to calm anxiety and quiet a busy mind. Spearmint is used to settle the stomach and aid in digestion. Lemon balm is a healing plant known to help you relax and sleep. And lastly, Honeybush Tea from South Africa, contains magnesium, a mineral that helps the body to relax.
Ingredients: valerian root, chamomile, lavender, spearmint, honeybush tea, passionflower, lemon balm, cherry, cornflowers
Steep Directions: steep 1-2 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 7-10 minutes
