Description: Iron Goddess is a traditional-style Ti Kwan Yin, also commonly spelled Tie Guan Yin, from the Anxi region of Fujian Province, China. Ti Kwan Yin loosely translates to Iron Goddess of Mercy.

The rolled leaves are moderately oxidized, creating a rounded cup with a deeper flavor than our greener Ti Kwan Yin Monkey Picked. Toasted notes mingle with soft florals, light spice, and stone fruit, followed by a lingering natural sweetness. The flavors continue to develop over multiple steeps.

Ingredients: traditional-style Ti Kwan Yin oolong tea from Fujian Province, China

Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of below boiling water, 200°F, for 2–3 minutes.
