Formosa Oolongs are from the country of Taiwan which was formerly known as Formosa. The island of Taiwan was named Formosa, translated to 'beautiful', by Portuguese sailors exploring the island in the 1500's.

Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz below boiling water, 195°F, for 3-4 minutes
