Grown on high elevation mountains that are surrounded in clouds and covered in mist, this green tea is harvested in the springtime from tender tea buds. Also known as Fog Tea or Yunwu, this green tea is produced from tea plants that are grown on remote mountains that are shrouded in clouds and mist.
Ingredients: organic green tea grown at high elevation in China
Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz below boiling water, 175°F, for 2-3 minutes
