Description: Butterfly Pea Flowers are native to Southeast Asia. They have an earthy steamed vegetal taste. This herbal plant is not consumed for its taste. The magic of this plant is the color. These flowers naturally brew to a vibrant indigo blue color. When you add lemon to the brewed blue tea, it will turn from blue to purple due to the change in pH. 

Ingredients: organic butterfly pea flowers

Steep Directions: steep 1-2 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 7-10 minutes
