Woodsy and honey notes mingle in this tea that has a round and long lasting taste. A particular sweetness with notes of freshly baked bread is present in each sip. A subtle note of cinnamon spice appears at the finish.
This inviting tea with many shades of green and brown tea leaves is only produced in the Taiwanese (Formosa) highlands. To craft this special tea, tea masters stop the oxidation process at the right moment which means that the outside leaf edges are oxidized and the leaf centers remain green. This technique creates the unique flavors of this tea.

Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz below boiling water, 195°F, for 2-4 minutes
