ICED TEA

Cool, Crisp, and Ready to Refresh
From brisk classic black teas to fruity favorites and citrusy herbals, this collection has everything you need to brew the perfect iced tea. Whether you love brisk black teas chilled over ice or are reaching for something light with mint or hibiscus, these teas are built for refreshment.

We recommend two easy iced tea brewing methods:

Cold Brew is the simplest way to make smooth, never-bitter iced tea. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz cold water and steep in the refrigerator for 6 to 10 hours. For fluffy or dense teas like fruit, rooibos, or white, increase the amount to 2 to 4 teaspoons. After steeping in the refrigerator for 6-10 hours, remove and pour over a small amount of ice.

Flash Chill is ideal when you want iced tea fast. Brew your tea 2x-4x strength, so 2-4 teaspoons per every 8 oz hot water for the hot brew time specified on the bag, then pour it directly over equal amounts of ice to cool it instantly. The ice will melt and cool the hot tea, so top with extra ice after a few minutes.

We do not recommend sun tea due to food safety concerns because the tea leaves will stay in the temperature range for bacteria to grow.
