GREEN TEA

Fresh, Distinctive, and Time-Honored
Green teas are cherished for their diversity of flavor, shaped by centuries of tradition in China and Japan. Chinese greens, like Gunpowder, Bi Luo Chun, and Dragonwell, tend to be more roasted, nutty, and earthy. Japanese greens, such as Sencha and Gyokuro, lean vegetal, grassy, and marine-like, with notes reminiscent of seaweed. Beyond the classics, green teas are often scented or flavored—most famously with jasmine flowers—creating bright, fragrant cups that are both refreshing and versatile.
