Description:  A dessert inspired tea that is reminiscent of shortbread cookies. A smooth herbal tea with notes of shortbread and pistachio mingling with South African Rooibos tea. Soft hints of white chocolate and coconut offer deliciously subtle butter cookie notes.  

This dessert inspired tea works well both hot and iced. This tea is a perfect selection to sip paired with dessert, or sip it in lieu of dessert to save the calories.  

Ingredients: green rooibos tea, coconut, white chocolate, pistachios, cocoa peel 

Steep Directions: steep 1-2 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 7-10 minutes
