This caffeine-free tea is cozy, crisp, and full of warmth, blending apple with layers of warm cinnamon and bold hot cassia spice. The apple sweetness lingers in every sip, creating a smooth, satisfying finish.

Add a touch of honey for extra richness. It’s also a wonderful choice for a Hot Toddy; add whiskey or bourbon and finish with honey for a festive twist.

Ingredients: apple, Ceylon cinnamon chips, cassia extract 

Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 3-5 minutes
