New Harvest!

Tasting Notes:
currant, cocoa, warm toast, smooth finish

Description: Keemun, also known as Qimen, is a famous Chinese black tea originating from Anhui Province, China. Known for its distinctive flavor, Keemun has long been appreciated for its rich character, natural sweetness, and subtle wine-like undertones.

We are now sourcing our Keemun from a new tea garden, offering a more premium line of Keemun teas. This grade is a classic Congou grade with a rich, well-balanced flavor. This tea features notes of currant and cocoa, a smooth, full mouthfeel, and a lingering toasty finish.

An excellent everyday black tea and a wonderful introduction to Chinese black teas. If you enjoy English Breakfast and other traditional black teas, we recommend giving this classic Keemun a try!

Ingredients: black tea from Anhui Province, China

Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 3-4 minutes
