Tasting Notes: buttery caramel + roasted notes

Description: Smooth roasted oolong tea blended with creamy caramel. Made with oolong tea from the Wuyi Mountains of China, this tea has a deep roasted flavor profile. The addition of caramel creates a buttery caramel tea with custard notes and a smooth finish.

This new Caramel Oolong replaces our now-retired Salted Caramel Oolong. Similar in flavor, this blend has more pronounced caramel and custard notes and is actually a return to the original caramel oolong we carried when we first opened in 2010.

Ingredients: roasted oolong tea, caramel pieces, caramel flavor, marigold petals

Allergy Warning: Contains milk due to the caramel pieces.

Steep Directions: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of below-boiling water (195°F) for 3 minutes.
