In this highly aromatic blend, bergamot notes shine bright while the rosemary and lavender add a multi-layered depth. The touch of rosemary and lavender offers a subtle savory note. A well balanced and smooth earl grey tea.
This sun-drenched tea is excellent on its own and can also take milk, sugar, or honey. We love this tea as an iced tea due to its bright and aromatic taste. For a refreshing cooler, make this tea as an iced tea and add sparkling water.
Please note: this tea was formerly known as Winter Grey and was a seasonal winter tea. It earned a spot on the tea wall as a year-round tea, therefore, we've changed the name to Italian Grey. This version of this tea has a slightly lighter base tea to make it more bright than the Winter Grey. The flavor of this tea is the exact same as Winter Grey but just a tad more brisk.
Ingredients: black tea, bergamot, rosemary, lavender, rose petals
Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 3-4 minutes
